The Juice Press Factory juicer is utilizing two step juicing process.

Step 1: Grinding fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables must be ground into paste like consistency. This can be achieved with a Champion , Green  Power Omega or similar slow speed grinder.

Step 2: Pressing,  squeezing  all juice out of the pulp by utilizing our press machine. This will produce the highest quality and quantity pulp free juice.

The Juice Press Factory press  is a well designed heavy duty, manually yet easily operated hydraulic juice press machine.
While affordable, it will produce the same juice as the more expensive electric models.

Say NO to centrifugal  juicers.
Centrifugal juicers operate by grating food against a metal disk which is spins at a very high speed.
The problem with this type of juicer is that the juicing method is inefficient for
extracting all the nutrients, vitamins and other essentials. The resulting juice is deficient in vitamins, minerals and micronutrients, while juice is wasted / left in the pulp which is otherwise discarded.
Study shows that high speed centrifugal action kills beneficial enzymes and nutrients.

Why use the two step method for juicing?

Juicing is an easy way to get large amount of nutrient absorbed into one's body.
The grinder/press type juicer combination is absolutely vital for anyone trying to conquer illness, or simply stay healthy.
Juicing in this manner extracts the juice (containing the vitamins, minerals, micronutrients and enzymes) and leaves the dry pulp behind.
Mixing  and compressing different vegetables and fruits will greatly enhance nutritional
value and  taste.
The result is maximum liquid extraction, larger quantity, less waste and better  tasting  juice.


Hydraulic juice press construction :
The frame is constructed of standard steel with powder coat/  plasti-coat finish.
The food processing  trays are food grade stainless steel (18-8).
The pulp and juice will only be in contact with stainless steel parts, which provides easy
clean up.

Juicer dimensions: 

11 inch wide, 16 inch tall and has a wide 10 inch  base footing  for stability.

The  press body/frame  has no moving parts.
Only the  hydraulic jack has moving parts and it has one year warranty.

The press is shipped in a fully functional format, no assembly required.
